Tony is the Chief Executive Officer of United Fleet Management. UFM has developed a dynamic short term lease program that specializes in executive level light duty trucks. In their first year of operation UFM has realized explosive growth in both utilization and revenue. United Fleet Management has become the perfect solution for large and small companies who want to lease upscale trucks that include unlimited mileage and don’t include upfront capitalization requirements, no long term maintenance expense and not the depreciation loss or registration fee’s that conventional purchases or leases realize.

Prior to UFM, Tony was the CEO of Real Dealership Consulting. That firm led the way in setting a higher standard for professional dealership consultation. From single-point stores to multi-brand dealer groups, they offered every client a custom-tailored plan designed to produce greater success and a stronger bottom line.

Mr. Schnurr has also served as a Vice President of Business Development for the Ken Garff Automotive Group. Tony utilized his extensive knowledge of the auto industry to assist the Garff organization in dealership operations as well as pursuing new ventures.

Tony is the former president and COO of the Larry H. Miller Automotive Group. He also served as a member of the company’s advisory board and as a senior vice president of automotive operations, sharing oversight of the organization’s 45+ dealerships. During his entire term as president, the Larry H. Miller Automotive Group achieved national recognition as a top-10 automotive dealer group in the United States.

Prior to that time, Tony served as president and chief operating officer of a four location, seven franchise dealership group in metropolitan Chicago. He also has held regional management positions for both Chrysler Corporation and Delorean Motor Company.

Tony has also been the managing partner and co-owner of Larry H. Miller Super Ford – Salt Lake City. During his ownership, the store earned numerous local and national recognitions, including the President’s Award for customer satisfaction and superior new-vehicle sales volume; as well as the Ford Premier Club Award, honoring Ford dealers whose part sales performance rank among the nation’s best.

Super Ford also placed among the top performers within the Miller Group for sales and profit.
